Dear customer,
today we would like to inform you
again with further information:
We are completely
discontinuing our "myVirtualserver" project on May 31, 2025, and
terminating all associated services!
In concrete terms, this means
for you:
- Please ! move your services and
domains in a timely manner ! to ensure no data is lost.
All data
(including backups) will be deleted from our servers when the project is
discontinued.
- Extensions beyond May 31,
2025, are no longer possible. Products that extend beyond the specified date will be
canceled.
- All customers whose services are
discontinued before the end of the contract term will receive a pro rata refund for the
unused period (excluding domains). The preferred payment methods are PayPal and bank
transfer.
Unfortunately, payouts /
refunds via other payment gateways are not possible.
- Access to the panel will
no longer be possible starting May 31, 2025, and support will be
discontinued.
- Please remember to cancel
your PayPal subscriptions or bank standing orders.
- If you encounter any unexpected
difficulties with the domain transfer, we will be available to you via the MVS ticket
system until the end of the project.
We would like to thank you for
your loyalty and trust and hope that you will understand this necessary decision.
